HVAA Picture Days - January 24th and January 25th

HVAA is excited to partner with JC Campoli Photography, offering families an easy online ordering experience. Check the schedule for your team's designated 1.) date 2.) time, and 3.) location.  

Our HVAA In-House Basketball teams and Travel Basketball teams are scheduled for team photos and individual photos on Saturday, January 24th, and Sunday, January 25th. All players are expected to participate in the team photos, whether you are ordering photos or not. Please allow time for parking and arrive before your team's scheduled time. Check the schedule for your team's designated time
(SEE SCHEDULE FURTHER DOWN ON THIS PAGE). 

All photos will be taken on the 3rd Floor at the Red Lion Gym located at 625 Red Lion Road, Huntingdon Valley. (Use the HVAA entrance adjacent to the Red Lion Gym in the back parking lot of the Huntingdon Valley Library.) 

ORDER INDIVIDUAL PLAYER PHOTOS AND/OR TEAM PHOTOS ONLINE BEFORE PICTURE DAY!

COACHES

• Add your team's photo time, location, and early arrival time to your TeamSnap schedule.
• Communicate with your team and confirm the team's arrival, photo schedule, and location. In-house coaches, please remind your families of the league name in which your team competes. They will need that information for ordering! 
• On Friday, remind parents to place their photo order the day before picture day.
• On your photo day, arrive a few minutes before your players and check in with the photographer when you arrive.

ALL PLAYERS & PARENTS/GUARDIANS

• Every player is expected to participate in the team photos, whether you are ordering photos or not.
• Check with your coaches and confirm your team's arrival time and location. 
• Order your pictures online by the end of the day on Friday, January 23rd! 
• Arrive about 10 minutes before your team's photo time! Give yourself extra time for parking. Many teams have games scheduled directly after pictures, so please arrive before your photo time and come prepared.
• On picture day, check in with your team coach and sign in with the photographer when you arrive (this will be in lieu of bringing a printed receipt.)
