We recommend that you first create a free family account with the online registration company, SPORG. Doing so has two advantages. First, it will make registration for each HVAA activity in the future much easier by keeping your family information available for all future registrations. It will reduce the amount of information you have to enter for each activity and for each child by allowing you to use a drop down box that will fill in each child's information. Second, it will provide a way for HVAA to send you notices for all new activities as we approach them. After creating your account with SPORG, click on the second link to go to the page listing our activities that are open for registration, and when you get to the form for your first registration, simply use the drop down box to select the person you want to register.

If you do not want to create a free family account with SPORG, click on the second link to go straight to our list of activities, and select the one you wish to register for. You will have to fill in the information every time you register for an HVAA activity if you choose this option, but you can still use the convenience of online registration.

For members who don't want to use the online registration process, you can still register the traditional way by picking up forms at the Huntingdon Valley Library or by downloading our registration form from below. You can mail it back, or turn it in during walk-in registrations.

We recommend that you read all registration materials for every sport, as details of the programs and information on parent volunteers, coaching, etc. are included. Files are in Adobe Acrobat format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print these pages. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a FREE download. This format is the most widely used and universally accessible format available today. 200 Roller Hockey

2008 Roller Hockey registrations have formally ended, but HVAA will still accept mailed forms to fill vacancies in all leagues. Once all leagues are filled, prospective players will be placed on waiting lists, to be placed on teams as positions become vacant. When leagues have been filled, forms will be returned to you along with any payments rendered to HVAA, and this announcement will be removed.

HVAA Sponsored HVCSJ Registration

Registration for the chess program is currently closed. Check back to see when the next registration period is. You can also contact the program director to see if there are any spaces available, even though open registrations have closed. Send your request to chess@hvaa.net.

The $75 registration fee included an HVAA/HVCSJ club shirt, US Chess Federation membership, entrance to club supported chess tournaments, and weekly practice. Join now, and compete with chess teams from all over the Delaware Valley!

Tournaments are held throughout the Delaware Valley on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 AM to about 4:30 PM. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from the tournaments and are expected to remain at the tournament for the duration of the tournament.
