HVAA Field Hockey

The intramural Field Hockey program runs for 6 weeks in the fall on Sunday afternoons. The first half of practice allows for drills and small group instruction. The next half allows for scrimmaging.
Please note that Field Hockey is scheduled so it does NOT interfere with HVAA in-house soccer.

- Participants are girls in 4th, 5th & 6th grades

- The minimal fee provides each athlete with a t-shirt & mouthguard

- Practices are at the Lower Moreland High School field hockey field which is located off of Red Lion Road

- Participants are required to wear mouthguards, shinguards & cleats. No exceptions will be made for these safety precautions

- Field hockey sticks may be purchased through HVAA

- HVAA tries to schedule 1 scrimmage with a neighboring club during the 6 week program
