We apologize that our registration web platform provider, Demosphere, is causing difficulties with your registration process. Demosphere is aware of the issue and their IT support team is working to address the issue quickly.


Are you seeing a blank/white screen or blank/white pop-up window when trying to register with HVAA? Here are some steps to take:

Option 1: Switch to a New Device like a Laptop/Desktop

If safari is giving you trouble, then log on from a chrome browser and begin.

Option 2: You Only Have Access to a Mobile Phone

1. Hold your phone horizontally first

2. Then log on to www.hvaa.net and select register.

3. From there the pop up window will appear and you can register.

*If you log on as you normally would and then flip your phone horizontally, the blank page will still appear. Please follow the steps above. This is a software glitch with mobile phones and should be resolved shortly.


Are you getting an error message during the registration process? Here are some steps to take:
 

BROWSER ISSUES:  Make sure your browser, like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc, has been updated with the latest version. Sometimes your browser will have poor connecitivty issues with your wi-fi. If that is the case, switch a to a new browser, like Chrome.

HISTORY & CACHE ISSUES: Clearing you browser's cache will help resolve loading issues and/or if the website is slow for you. For example, here are instructions if you are using a Chrome browser:
 

Clearing the Cache In Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click "Clear Data."
  7. Log on to www.hvaa.net and select register.

Clearing the Cache in Safari

Make sure you can access the the developer menu in your menu bar by: 

  1. Select the first item "Safari" in the main menu and from the drop-down the item "Preferences" 
  2. A popup opens. Click on the tab "Advanced". 
  3. Check the option "Show Develop menu in menu bar" at the bottom. Now you should see a new menu item in the main menu named "Develop". 
  4. If you click on the menu item "Develop" you can select "Empty Caches" from the submenu items. 
  5. Log on to www.hvaa.net and select register.

If all else fails, please try switching to a new device to see if that works.
