In-House Baseball, Softball, Quickball, & ITL Refund Policy

Our goal is to play spring ball safely. However, in the event of circumstances outside of our control it is important for you to understand the refund policies we have in place.  If the 2021 In-House Baseball, Softball, Quickball, and ITL season were to be cancelled due to the COVID pandemic:

 

  • BEFORE MARCH 15TH-  Every player would receive a full refund, minus the $10 administration fees our non-profit organization incurs with each registration. 
  • MARCH 16TH - APRIL 24TH: Every player would receive a 75% refund, minus the $10 administration fees our non-profit organization incurs with each registration. 
  • APRIL 25TH - MAY 8TH: Every player would receive a 50% refund, minus the $10 administration fees our non-profit organization incurs with each registration. 
  • MAY 9TH - MAY 15TH: Every player would receive a 25% refund, minus the $10 administration fees our non-profit organization incurs with each registration. 
  • AFTER MAY 16TH:  No refunds will be issued.

HVAA is a non-profit organization that has served our community for over 60 years, and will do everything in our power to be fair to all of our families and to give them the maximum refund possible. We commit to doing so, while at the same time staying viable for the kids in our community for the future.
